BREAKFAST PROCEDURES
Due to current COVID protocols--as we are currently seeking to limit the amount of persons in the dining room--parents are currently not able to eat breakfast with their child in the dining room. However, they may go through the breakfast line and have breakfast in their car or other location not on campus. We apologize for any inconvenience.
Students and families are welcome. All Aina Haina School students must have a meal account. Families must pay exact cash amount. No change is available.
EZSCHOOLPAY
EZSchoolPay is an electronic system to keep tab of student meals. EACH student (siblings CANNOT share accounts) will have their own account in which monies will be deposited for the purchase of breakfast and/or lunch meal. EZSchoolPay allows parents/guardians to view students purchases via the EZSchoolPay website: www.EZSchoolPay.com.
Our school district is Hawaii. Your student’s ID number can be found on their report card or on the balance reminders and receipts sent out by the school.
There is no fee for checking balances online, however, there is a 1.99% transaction fee and $.13 convenience fee for credit card payments.
Payments made online should not take more than 10 minutes to be processed. Payments made in-person at the office between 7:30-8:00 a.m. should be available by lunch the same day. Payments made in the office after 8:00 a.m. will take 24 hours to be processed.
Cash and/or checks (payable to Department of Education) will be accepted. A $25.00 service fee will be assessed for all returned checks.

LOST/STOLEN ID CARD
ID cards are used for grades 3-5 for lunch service. If a student loses, misplaces or the card is stolen:
- 1st Replacement-----FREE
- 2nd & subsequent replacement--$5.00 CHARGE
ETRITION DEFICIT
A loan may be obtained in the cafeteria (see cashier) during meals by a student who does not have sufficient funds in their account. In accordance with Hawaii DOE school food service procedure, loans are limited to about ten student lunch prices ($25.90 for students who pay $2.50 for lunch, and $4.90 for students who pay $0.40 for lunch). Loans should be repaid on the following school day.
FEDERAL SCHOOL LUNCH PROGRAM
The Federal School Lunch Program offers free or reduced priced breakfast and lunch for those who meet the federal criteria. Applications will be sent out to every student at the beginning of each school year. The applications will also be available in the office or online at http://ezmealapp.com/. Please inform the office when your financial situation changes.
